Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase.
If you don't love it, send it back!

RETURN POLICY
Orders can be returned within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

Nati Fitwea Fitness and Beach Wear is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING
We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
 
DOMESTIC RETURNS
Get Your Return Ready
It's easy! The packing slip included in your shipment has a prepaid label attached. Just secure this to the outside of a package containing all items you wish to return and drop it off. If you receive a UPS return label, nearby drop off locations can be found in the PDF return label which has been emailed to you. If you receive a FedEx return label, go to your local FedEx office to ship the package.

Lost your return label or packing slip? Contact us via e-mail.
Please do not combine multiple returns into one package and -in contrast- do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days in our internal processing procedure. We strongly advise packaging that can contain all the items you wish to return. Be sure to follow the instructions provided to guarantee that your return is processed smoothly. If you require further assistance, please contact us via e-mail.

Processing & Refunds
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!

We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
 
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All bodysuits, underwear, bikinis, or items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased. Nati fitwear does not accept returns for third-party retailers.

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via e-mail for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
Can I exchange my order?
We are currently not set up for exchanges. For all domestic customers, we have created a pre-paid UPS return label inside of your package. We want to make our returns process as seamless as possible! Please drop the package off at your local UPS location. Once received, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund for all the items we’ve received. We will email you a refund notification once this has been processed. Once processed, please allow between 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment. If you have an order shipping internationally, please reach out via e-mail.
I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items. Remember, shipping is free!
Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.
Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.
Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?
Shipping estimates are provided by UPS and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
International Orders
No. Soon we will deliver to all countries in the world. We currently ship to the United States only.
